Good To Know

Commercial Sealcoating FAQ

Can you work after hours or in sections?

Yes. We schedule around your business and can section off the lot so you keep parking available wherever possible. Overnight and weekend work can be arranged.

How long does the lot need to stay closed?

Sealed areas typically need about 24 hours before traffic, depending on weather. We'll lay out a plan so the closure fits your operation.

Do you re-stripe parking lines and ADA markings?

Yes, line striping is available on request as part of the job — including stalls, arrows, fire lanes and handicap markings.

How often should a commercial lot be sealed?

High-traffic lots generally benefit from sealing every 1–3 years. We'll recommend a realistic cycle based on your lot's condition and usage.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance schedules?

We're happy to set up a recurring schedule so your property stays protected without you having to think about it. Just ask.
